Hi, jj!
Unfortunately, there is no medication that doesn't have potential side effects.
New or increased anxiety is very common with antidepressant/anxiolytics especially after dosage increases. It usually resolves within a couple of weeks.
If I understand it you went from 50mg to 200mg? That's a big jump and 200mg/day is the maximum recommended daily dosage. Have you told your psychiatrist where you're at with this? They'll most likely advise that you give it a little more time for the drug to become fully effective but if you're having severe side effects you might ask about a temporary dosage adjustment.
Best regards and I hope you're feeling better quickly.
