Zoloft is also one of just a few medications that are FDA approved for treating anxiety disorders. If you feel it's not working have you spoken to your doctor about it? There are many options you could discuss with them.

Zoloft is used to treat depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
