"Propranolol and ALPRAZolam may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate."
You should consult with your doctor for professional advice before you take this combination. You're on a pretty low dose of the propranolol and possibly a higher dose would be more effective.
