Patient dose reduced from 200mg BID to 150Mg BID. Since the med is outrageously expensive can we use a tablet splitter to conserve tabs & cost.
Can you split voriconazole 200Mg tablets to use them for 50Mg doses?

I probably would if its majorly expensive. Check with your pharmacist to be sure
