I’m currently taking Roaccutane for acne.. I’m on a low dose (20mg)
I also have melasma and I can’t really treat it whilst on Roaccutane but I have read many articles supporting oral tranexamic acid.
Can you take them both at the same time?
Can you take oral tranexamic acid with Roaccutane (isotretinoin)?
