presumably generic acetaminophen-hydrocodone with 500mg acetaminophen; but what dose hydrocodone?
Can you identify a white oblong tab with imprint IP 130 on 1 side and 500 on its obverse??

Something in your description doesn't seem correct. It's quite possible that you've misread 190 as 130. If that's the case, then you're in possession of Naproxen 500mg, Oral tablet. If such is correct, it is non narcotic.
Going with the standard naming convention, another possibility could be a 500mg Ibuprofen tablet. But I have never seen an Ibuprofen tablet having that mg value.
Double check the pill imprint and update us if needed.
Did not misread. Definitely imprinted "IP 130," not 190. I can read a 3 and not mistake a 9 for a 3. Also, others read the imprint and equally read the imprint as 130. Thanks anyway.
Definitely NOT naproxen! Imprint is clearly 500/IP 130 - NOT 190! Several persons have read the imprint and all read 130. Also, I've seen Naproxen with the IP 190 imprint. No mistaking a 3 for a 9!
Thanks for your reply anyway. It is neither Naproxen nor ibuprofen. The imprint is 500/IP 130. Please note that I and several others have read the imprint. No mistaking a 3 for a 9.
