I take losartan total 100mg daily, but it's spread through-out the day. I would never double up.

You should definitely not do that, your blood pressure could drop to dangerous low levels, and could lead to a cardiac arrest, you should absolutely talk to your doctor before you even think about doubling up on lorsarten, not a good idea.
