Can you take cialis 20 in the afternoon if you are going to have sex in the eveing?

Yes Cialis 20 hangs around the system a long time roughly around 36 hours. In my experience it takes quite a while to get working , it does start having an effect after around 30 mins to 1 hour but I find for it's full guaranteed effect you need a good 4 hours so I think it's advisable to take it early as possible.

Yes - that is fine. Studies have shown that it can still be effective up to 36 hours after taking a dose.
