They aren't in the save family so they should be ok. There is always the potential for allergic reactions but its not likely just because you're allergic to keflex.
One is a cephalosporin the other is a azalide-macrolide. A definitive answer is impossible without an allergy test. Tell the perscriber about your concern and there should not be a problem if he gives you an ok. If you do take the mesication please look for anaphylaxis and other allergic symptoms. If any appear seek emergency medical help asap. Any other questions feel free.
