Have a yellow round pill with a shape like a nautical star on both sides..any ideas?

It sounds like one of the symbols that's commonly used on illegal pills like MDMA. I can't say for sure that's what it is, but the only pills I've seen/heard of that have a nautical star imprinted on them are MDMA (Ecstasy), I haven't heard of even a nutritional supplement with such an imprint.
