So i been back and forward to the doctor. My problem now is my discharge is yellow i believe its always been yellow. It itch sometimes. And she looked at my discharge and said she saw a lot of white blood cells, which mean it could be an infection. I haven't had sex for like 4 weeks and been tested like 4 times everything is negative. I do have pain on my right ovary from time to time. I had a uti i and am taking pills for it. I'm a bit scared... any idea about this increase in blood cells and more discharge and it being yellow. There's no smell or clumpyness. It a bit creamy in away but drops fall out of my vagina. And I'm on depo for the first time.
Yellow discharge no std or yeast or bv?

KIYANNA123; Great you have been seeing the doctor it could be from the UTI keep drinking plenty of water and finish the medication then see the doctor again to make sure it is all gone you have tested negative for all else but after the antibiotics sometimes woman get yeast infections also and it could be it has not gotten that bad yet Also, I don't know which one antibiotic you're on but remember some decrease birth control so use a backup if you do have sex. Then make sure with all yu have been through you get rechecked it your still having problems other than that you should not have a lot to worry about. But it's been this long so it would be worth it to be rechecked when you get done with the antibiotic and more so if you are still having symptoms.
Okay thank you. I been checked like 4 times. Two by plan parenthood, er and a doctor in a walk in clinic. I just want my body to be back normal this is so scary.
I am having the same symptoms. Did it ever go away and did a doctor tell you why your discharge was yellow?
KIYANNA; as far as the white cells it sounds like just the first time they were high and that tells the doctor there is some kind of infection going on. Now if I were you be that pain in the but you know this is not normal and go back and tell them you're going to keep coming back until they get it right or can send you to an ob-gyn that you may have luck and they have one that comes in a few times a month. please if this is the same as before getting some answers. Is there something I'm doing wrong, is there something I can do to help this from coming back but really this has not gone away since you were on the antibiotics. I wish you luck but being nice but consistent is very important. Just tell the doctor you are very concerned and none of your friends have ever had this problem

It is normal for a woman to have a vaginal discharge. The color of this discharge ranges from clear white to yellowish brown. This discharge is secreted by gland in the vagina and in the cervix (neck of the womb).
WHAT DOES YELLOW DISCHARGE MEAN?
If you see a yellow stuff coming out of your vagina it could mean you have an infection or it is just your cervical mucus mixed with light blood.
It is important to note that vaginal discharge is not completely white. And the color of the toilet roll you use can also make your discharge appear yellow.
A normal discharge shouldn't have a foul smell like fish odor or rotten meat. It is not itchy and does not cause any pain or irritation at the vaginal opening. It also doesn't cause any pain during sex or while urinating.
A normal yellowish secretion should have a mild or no smell.
CAUSES OF YELLOW BROWN DISCHARGE AFTER PERIOD
Aside from having a mucus slightly mixed with blood which is normal.
Here are the other possible causes of yellowish discharge after period:
1. INCREASED ESTROGEN
An imbalance in the female hormones estrogen and progesterone affects the reproductive organs and the way they function. Estrogen dominance means you have more than the required level of estrogen.
Too much of estrogen can lead to the production of yellowish and excessive discharge. Estrogen is produced in the ovaries and a very important hormone for the female reproductive system to funtcion properly.
Estrogen dominace can be caused by stress, eating a low fiber diet, lots of body fat and other external chemical sources such as cosmetics, plastic bottles.
