You might be thinking of the addiction factor? It's not likely unless the medication is used daily on a regular basis.
Let your doctor know if you feel that your current dosage is no longer effective or if you experience cravings for the drug but I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Why would you get in trouble, your script says "as needed" and that is how you are using this benzo, you are using not abusing.
