Lexapro, Paxil, or Zoloft.
As far as side effects it's all going to be in how you respond to them... and everyone is different in their response. Some people have none or very mild side effects. Some people will experience more pronounced ones. Wouldn't be nice If there was a "perfect" medication that worked well without side effects... we'd all be taking it.
Just my personal experience, I had the best results with Lexapro which I took for over 7 years. I didn't have side effects with most of my medications beyond a mild headache and nausea but I found Lexapro to be the most effective for me.
