Can a woman have sex while taking clomid?

Yes, there is no problem having sex while taking infertility treatment unless if the women feels uncomfortable due to the effects of the drug such as painful sexual intercourse

Clomid is usually taken in a 5 day interval.It is used to help stimulate ovulation to get pregnant.I would see no reason to not have sex,while taking this medication.My daughter is doing the same thing.She has Endometreosis and only 1 ovary.Just be careful if u have any side effects of blurry vision.I am no expert by any means,this is my personal opinion.If you are still unsure,contact the Physician who prescribed this medication.Also Pharmacist are very knowelagable on information about medications they fill.I do know you have a POSSIBILITY of increased multiple births.But,some women would consider a twin or more a blessing.It doesn't happen to everyone,but it is something to keep in mind.Good luck and best wishes to you.
