Will Z-Pak help with a kidney infection. I am taking it for a sinus infection?

Azithromycin (Z-Pak) is not a drug of choice for a kidney infection. It will depend on what bacteria is causing the infection as to whether the Z-Pak will help. If you think you have a kidney infection you should see a doctor.
