You probably will because I did a urine test and tested positive for methamphetamine but I've never used meth, but I did take phenylephrine 10 mg about 32 hours before the test. Now my dr. thinks I'm a tweeker but all I did was take the OTC sinus med phenylephrine. My pharmacist says the phenylephrine leaves your system after 48 hours. Good Luck!

It just depends on what range of tests they do ... phenylepherine may appear as an unfavorable substance in the test.
It may be best to let your employers know that you are taking it and what you are taking it for.
