Followup to question: If the prednisone was taken in the morning at 6 am and a glass of wine taken 12 hours later, does it cause the same result or is it then changed. I understand it is probably best to not drink the wine, but what it has already happened? Just once.
Will a glass of wine interact with prednisone?

You should avoid drinking alcohol while taking prednisone.
Theoretically, it is possible that drinking alcohol while taking prednisone (deltasone) might increase the risk of stomach ulcers or other gastrointestinal bleeding, as both substances can cause gastrointestinal irritation.
Take care.
