date June 2003. Perhaps one pill not as effective as new ones but can taking Zantac 75 pills 10 years old harm you? Perhaps 2-3 would do same as new one???
My wife and I argue the about EXP dates all the time. We are sno bound and have zantac 75 with EXP?

Ordinarily I'd say no way you should take it, the expiration date means just that, you wouldn't drink milk even a month after the exp date would you? However, in this case and being ice and snow bound myself, I can say I'd take it. There is no guarantee it will still work. You can take 2 because 150 mg if it worked all the way is still within the dosing range. Remember, when desperate, milk and butter bread can help indigestion. I prefer ice cream myself, lolol.
Thanks. I agree about the milk and other stuff (meat) and, if it smells, toss it. The fact that you are an RN tells me lots. I'll take 2 and get the 75 relief.
We're in Vancouver, WA. trying to drive to our home in CA. Roads are packed ice.Where are you sno-bound?
North east pennsylvania, the mountains of the coal regions. We've had some snow about 4 times in the last week, and when you are raised with it, you learn to cope, but last night it rained for some dumb reason, so its now ice on top of snow. I just got my groceries and don't have to go anywhere but take the dog out to pee, lol.
OK. From upstate NY originally and lived near Philly. Know the Scranton area. Cold in winter.
Looking at road maps for past hour and may try to get out tomorrow. Been cooped up since Wed. even. Cabin fever setting in.
Merry Christmas, and goodby!
