23 yo abdominal pain feels like stabbing pains recently had a stomach bug so was taking Imodium and Dramamine obviously not together. Pain is on the sides a lower back and lower abdomen and sharp. Not sure if it’s just a UTI or what just tired of pain.

Not much to go on. Any fever or history of kidney stones. No lab work maybe pancreatic issues
