When do premarin pills expire or do they?

Hello there... I have been on Premarin for over 10 years now. The pills are good for about one year after the date on the bottle. I asked my pharmacist that same question when I found some old pills. After a year though they don't work the same so you should throw them out. Hope this helped and have a great day. Stacy ;)
