My doctor told me to use Premarin cream in the morning . This way it gives your body enough time to absorb . At night to use Replen lubrication . It's working fine. I was using it for 3 months 3 weeks on 1 week off. Know iam using it 2x per week

But if use in the morning you don't think it will come out.
