What painkiller can I take that has NO caffiene?

pup6767 28 Sep 2011

Sweet lemon is correct re Tylenol and ibuprofen. Execdrin has caffeine.
Almost all prescription painkillers do not have caffeine. There is an older one that I can't remember name but it almost never prescribed has caffeine. I think that you can rest assured that any of the common OTC and prescription painkillers do not have caffeine. Hope this helps..

You can take Tylenol or Ibuprofen, neither has caffeine, and both are over the counter medications.
If however, you mean narcotic pain medications, that's a horse of a different colour. Please add whether you mean OTC or a prescription medication.
Best wishes to you!
