Valium brand name / drug name diazepam. It is the same drug.or benzodiazepine.
5 an 10 mg
diazepam is the generic name for Valium as Maso indicated. It is available in 2mg, 5mg and 10mg. Maybe you are thinking of a different benzodiazepine?
I think you may have been thinking about clonazepam. The names sound very similar to Diazepam(Valium) and can often be mistaken for Valium. The dosages for Clonazepam are 0.5mg,1mg,2mg,and I believe 5mg.Diazepam generic for (Valium)come in 2,5,10,and 20mg dosages both are typically used for people with seizures disorders and severe anxiety or panic attacks.Though Valium has a way bigger kick than Klonopin.Just be advised. I hope this information may have helped clear anything you might have thought differently.
