What is this pill I found it had I8 on the front and nothing on the back and its white and oblong?

You are reading the imprint upside down, anyway your pill is:
Pill imprint 8I has been identified as Ibuprofen 800 mg.
Ibuprofen is used in the treatment of pain; back pain; osteoarthritis; headache; muscle pain (and more), and belongs to the drug class nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.
Ibuprofen 800 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
