What is the difference between Diltiazem 24HR er 120 mg and Diltiazem 24HR CD 120 mg.

Very little.
They both contain the same active ingredient and are the same strength.They both are long acting preparations (ER stands for extended release and CD stands for controlled delivery).
They may contain different inactive ingredients.
