I have no history of seizures. My Doctor advised me it was ok to use in combination. I do not believe that I would have been prescribed both if it were not a good idea. However, I do see there are some interaction concerns. Any helpful info than can be offered is greatly appreciated!!

Safety; Yes your doctor is correct they have been using this combination all the time and also some much stronger True it does come up with interactions but it's a case by case thing and I have not seen one person hurt with this combination. In fact this is a much better one then the stronger diet pills don't worry they put down a lot of things just to cover themselves as always but this is a very common mix. no alcohol..have a good day chuck1957
Thanks so much for your response! I have been taking together for the past 6 days and feel great!
Good: it is always good to check,But in this case even with the interaction they use this all the time in one form or another, Really not a problem when taken correct the problem is people that take it other than prescribed. So the drug companies put it in to protect themselves. But the doctors that use it often know of this. Have a great evening.
