Well, it seriously has to do with the way the government has been getting corrupted, especially with the DEA sticking their nose into the affairs of ADHD medication regulation, and with them randomly wanting to regulate the amount of stimulant medication being produced, probably because of bidens or trumps manipulation and control, maybe even pope francis, especially when it comes to a major decrease in adderall, and the shortages in pharmacies across the world, I'd say that the lessened powder in the original vyvanse, is because that the united states, and maybe even the whole world has lost its integrity as a whole, so these pharmaceutical companies is now becoming all about money and now they are cheating us.
This is an old question but I noticed last month that some of my 60mg Vyvanse capsules were not as full as others. It’s difficult to see inside these unless you hold the capsule up to the perfect amount of natural sunlight. I just picked up a brand new refill today and all but 3 pills were only half full.
When I spoke with the pharmacist, he explained that all capsules are filled with a pre-measured, compressed “bullet” of powdered medicine and that the bullet is designed to only hold its compressed shape until it’s inserted in the appropriate capsule. He explained that even though some capsules look only half full, it’s because some of the powder is still compressed. SO- I poured the contents of a half-filled capsule out and compared it to the amount of powder inside the full capsule (nothing appears compressed in either pile of powder) and one pile absolutely appears to have twice the powdered medication! So now what?
I suppose I’ll take these capsules this month and then wait to see if anything changes now that I’ve brought this to the attention of everyone at my local pharmacy. I’ll be sure to tell my doctor so when I ask to have my Rx sent to a new pharmacy, he’ll know why. I see that they make chewable Vyvanse now. Maybe that’s tamper-resistant option?
Perhaps the medication has NOT been tampered with and there is another explanation for the inconsistency. I’m open-minded, but also logical. The reason I looked at the amount of contents in each capsule in the first place, was because I felt as thought my meds weren’t as effective as just a few months prior. Not making accusations AT ALL. Just trying to understand what’s going on.
Please tell me why people find it necessary to take their pills apart. It would never have occurred to me, because I'd lose a little bit. Probably this batch didn't get filled correctly. You can call the manufacturer and let them know.
They are trying to figure out why the meds don’t always work right. It’s called process of elimination.
