I’m severely bipolar all the time, I’ve been out of Vraylar 3mg for 3 days, I’ve read that lithium Carbonate 300mg is the same and I took the lithium tonight and making sure if that is OK?
Is Vraylar 3mg OK to substitute lithium carbonate 300 mg?

Answers
No, they are two entirely different types of medication and cannot be substituted for each other.
Lithium is a anticonvulsant mood stabilizer and Vraylar is an atypical antipsychotic. Besides it's takes several weeks of continuous use of lithium before it becomes effective.
If you're getting your supply of Vraylar via prescription your pharmacy will likely give you enough to hold you over for a few days.

PS,
From the literature:
"Vraylar has a half-life of about 1 week. (A drug's half-life is the length of time it takes for half of a dose to be removed from your body.) If you stop taking Vraylar, the drug may continue to have effects for 1 to 4 weeks after your last dose."
