I’ve been getting random tingling 24/7 and muscle weakness, particularly in my arms, feels like my sensation of touch is not the same. Not sure whether to continue. Also had some weird vision blurred circle in my left eye.

The tingling sensation is called paresthesia and it’s a common side effect as is some vision changes. These side effects generally resolve within days to a week or so.
Let your doctor know and get their advice. They may advise giving it a little more time or a temporary decrease of your dosage.
