I've been taking Trintellix for eight days and started having side effects of nausea and vomiting on day six. Can taking it at bedtime help with the side effects until the side effects have past?

Hi, Redsgirl5!
It can be taken morning or evening with or without food. If you want to try at night you might want to take it with a bland snack... soda crackers, yogurt, ginger ale, peppermint tea, and so on.
You also might want to ask your pharmacist about an OTC remedy for nausea/vomiting like Emetrol, PeptoBismol, Dramamine, etc.
Hopefully this will help to get you through the next few days. Side effects like this generally resolve within a week or two.
Best regards,
