Having a colonoscopy and am being told to stop blood thinners prior to procedure.

Yes its an NSAID so you need to stop it.

Yes, any NSAID thins blood, Advil, Motrin, Alleve, and voltaren is in that group for sure stop it, they are not per say blood thinners like Coumadin, but they can thin your blood, and have trouble with bleeding during and after a surgical procedure!! Good luck!! <3
