I have been on Viibryd 10 mg since August 16, 2022. I had to taper off Effexor 150mg before starting this medication. I feel as if I am walking around with a fish bowl of water on my head, dizzy feeling, blurry eyes, and more panic attacks then I can count. It's if I have no medication in my system at all. I am being treated for MMD, Panic attacks, and Anxiety disorder. I cannot sleep, and I do have weird dreams, but I had them with Effexor. I do also have the GI issues. Has anyone else had the fog experience, water fish bowl head feeling?
Viibryd 10mg side effects?

If theses side effects are intolerable be sure to contact your prescribing physician.
10 mg is a very low dose of Viibryd. It may be an adequate dose for blocking panic attacks but probably not within 2 weeks - maybe 4 to 6 weeks. I suspect your Physician may intend to increase your dosage to 20 mg depending on how you tolerate it - which is why it is important to note these side effects and inform your Physician. GI side effects with Viibryd are hard to avoid but become more tolerable over time. Remember that it is important to take Viibryd with food in order for it to be effective. Viibryd has been a Godsend for me but that does not mean it is the right medication for you.
