I'm having extremely painful back spasms. I take 1/2 mg. of Ativan once a day for anxiety. Is it OK to take 5-500 Vicodin for the back pain within 10 hours of the Ativan for two days?

I take ativan every day 2 mg per day and have been for 10 years. I also take the hydrocodone for pain as needed. I have seen no side effects with it. Check with some more people, but I have not had any reaction. Thanks!

Thank you so much. I'm obsessed with not getting hooked on anything, so I fear taking things together. I did take the Vicodin, and boy did it help!
