I wanted to know if taking 2 of the 500 mg acetaminophen L484 was the same as taking 1 Vicodin?

My-back; No 2 Acetaminophen well not add up to a Vicodin chemically if 2 acetaminophens are not helping with your pain you really should talk to your doctor. Good luck

It doesn't quite work like that. I don't know if you can have analgesic equivalency between Acetaminophen and an opiate like Vicodin combined with Acetaminophen.
