I am 21 years old, and about three months ago, I developed urinary issues. I started urinating frequently, and after urination, when bending, sitting, or lying down, I would feel a small amount of fluid leaking from my urethra with slight pressure. At first, this happened occasionally, but it gradually worsened.

A general physician prescribed Cefixime 400 and a urinalysis (UA, UC), which showed no infection. An ultrasound of my kidneys, bladder, and prostate was also normal. Later, a urologist noticed a yellow discharge and prescribed an injection of Spectinomycin along with 20 days of Ciprofloxacin. The yellow discharge stopped, but my main issue (fluid leakage and a pumping sensation in my penis) persisted.

Another doctor diagnosed me with a stressed bladder and prescribed Oxybutynin 5 mg and Imipramine 25 mg. After one month of use, most symptoms improved, and I now urinate four times a day. However, I still sometimes feel a pumping sensation and a lingering presence of fluid in my urethra that I cannot expel.

Have you ever experienced this condition? Could the feeling of pressure, heaviness, and fluid being pumped into my penis, as well as the sensation of fluid remaining in my urethra after urination, be caused by taking Imipramine? How can I resolve this issue?
