NYSTATIN powder in large doses should help. Make sure you get the powder for oral use. Also a good check up to see if you have any reasons to keep having yeast. Also would have checked if the yeast in not just in your mouth but in or on other parts of your body. When a person is colonized by yeast it may take long time to rid the body of it. remember beer and some other foods have yeast in them. Your blood should be checked to make sure it does not have yeast in it. Also diet can help, yeast lives on sugars and starches. any fermented product has yeast. NYSTATIN oral powder can be taken in huge doses. Often treatment has to go on for months.

my husband was diagnosed with full blown AIDS in 1989, he passed away on 1991. One of the OIs he had was horrible thrush in his mouth. He was put on Amphotericin B and it cleared it right up. This drug is very strong and has some nasty side effects but my husband had thrush so bad he could take a spoon and peel the white nasty stuff out of his mouth and off his tongue! He first was put on the mouth wash and Diflucan and they did not work but when the doctors put him in the Amphotericin B it cleared up in just a few days. This med is administered IV. Diflucan should help. That and nystatin swish and swallow. The other thing is eating active culture yogurt and holding it in your mouth helps too. Has it been positively identified as thrush lately? Has anyone checked to see how your immune system is working because there is no way this stuff should hang around this long.
