I picked up my victoza and didn’t, get it to a refrigerator for 10 hours, but was a cool day ,(50 to 60 ) will it be alright now after thirty days in refrigerator or will I need to throw it out?
Will my unopened Victoza be alright after being out of refrigerator for 10 hours?

It should be fine. Check the color is it cloudy or changed color? That would be the sign that it should be tossed
Once you use it, you can leave it at room temperture for 30 days. Its refrigerated before opening because they don't know how long it will be in until its used.
I hope that you at least tried it by now. If it succeeds in keep you blood glucose at an acceptable level continue to use it. Perhaps go to the web sit of the manufacturer of victoza and ask a question there. Do remember to ask your doctor next time you see him/her although I do not see you getting a definitive answer there. I have had my insulin out of refrigerator for close to the same number of hours and it continued to work.
