Imfinzi (durvalumab) is a cancer medicine that works with your immune system to slow cancer cell growth. Imfinzi is classified as an anti-PD-L1 (programmed death ligand-1) human monoclonal antibody. In May 2017, Imfinzi was given FDA-approval for the treatment of patients with advanced urothelial carcinoma (bladder cancer) who have disease progression despite use of platinum-containing chemotherapy with or without surgery.
