I have been making golden milk with turmeric and drinking it and both my rheumatologist and gp know and approve and take methotrexate and humira, so it must be fine. If you are interested there are many recipes for golden milk online:) I like it, my hubby, not so much, so everyone is different, but it is a good way to get a larger quantity of turmeric down. Of course, taking it in capsules will bypass that, but I use it in a lot of my cooking, now. Want to get a little less inflammation however I can. Good luck!
