It seems like it does. When I started taking Trintellix my period stopped, and then it went back to normal after I stopped the medication.

Hi, RdeHaan!
Yes, most antidepressants can cause body odor in some users but it's usually because of excessive sweating. Vortioxetine is an exception and in clinical studies it was rarely the culprit.
I couldn't find any references to the hair problem but some antidepressants have been reported to cause oily skin and acne.
You should talk to your doctor and get their professional advice.
