Trazodone - Is there a huge difference between 50mg and 100mg of trazadone as my doc has doubled?

Yes 100 mg will help you sleep pretty well. I was on that when I could not sleep at all when I had major depression. Now I'm well and use 25mg to help me fall asleep if I'm having g trouble because I'm worried or something. This med helps me alot when needed

Thanks for you're reply I took this last nite and went well although I was fighting the sleep somehow subconsciously as I was worried something was going to happen that's probably my anxiety as I've had 2 panic attacks this week, do you know if it helps anxiety as that's partly why I'm prescribed these and partly for sleep as I was the same and cud the sleep for a long time x

Yes it helps for anxiety for sure! I was so anxious and depressed when prescribe trazodone 100 mg. I slept right away and I was in a hospital too.
