Trazodone - Are there any withdrawal symptoms associated with suddenly stopping trazadone?

Psyched 22 Feb 2010

Yes, there are some withdrawl symptoms if you stop trazodone abruptly. These include: severe headaches, nausea/vomiting, muscle pain, and weakness. Talk with your doctor about tapering you off of the medication slowly so that you don't suffer these effects. Hope this helps.
