I’m trying to conceive and wondering if this medicine is bad for trying to get pregnant? Is there any women having issues with trying to conceive/ovulate on this medication? I know you can’t take while pregnant but this is just for trying to pregnant.

Answers
I know you are expecting a specific answer, but no one has giving you one. I did some research and found the following:
"Tramadol and fertility
There's no clear evidence to suggest that taking tramadol will reduce fertility in men. However, for women it may affect your periods (menstrual cycle). Speak to a pharmacist or your doctor if you're trying to get pregnant. They may want to review your treatment."
National Health Service (NHS)
"Women taking opioids just before becoming pregnant and/or during the first trimester of their pregnancy raise their risk of miscarriage, as well as the risk of having a baby born with birth defects, including conditions such as spina bifida, congenital heart defects and other health risks"
