I have been on Tramadol 50mg 2x/day for 9 years and I got pregnant while taking it. I did stop at ovulation though each month while trying per my obs recommendation and then did not take again until post nursing.
The long time use didn't seem to impact conception for me.

Hello jessejcollby. I agree with Delila. I phoned one of my brothers (a doctor)and confirmed. Best of wishes pledge
Hi, i don't think it is yet reported but yes Tramadol can affect your fertility. When i was taking it my periods stopped for over a year! So it would be a good idea to discontinue use if you can.
You are the first person I ever heard that had that happen. I wonder why, gonna take some research if I want to know I guess, lol

In the meantime I will do more research while you read what I have provided and what is on the link under For health care Professionals.
Take care,

You´ll be fine.
It doesn't effect fertility, but if you get pregnant you'll most likely have to taper off of it. Talk to your gyne about it.
