I have sever allergies to asprin and ibuprophen. I had back surgery l5s1 disc ectopy (sp? ) and still have much pain in lower back. Looking for a pain medication that will help releive the pain especially at night when I sleep. Looking to see if this is a good pain medication to ask my doctor about.

The only version of Tramadol other than the original 'Tramadol only', is one that contains Paracetamol, but none are combined with Aspirin or Ibuprofen
The only active ingredient is tramadol.
Tramadol does not contain Aspirin or Ibuprofen or anything of the like.
YMMV for pain relief with it, but many pain patients have success with it. Asking your doctor about it is a good idea and best wishes!
