Hello Basher,
You should be careful to not get overheated when you exercises. One of the side effects of Topamax (topiramate) is that it can prevent normal sweating. Sweating is the body’s way of cooling down. You should drink plenty of fluids when exercising. Also, you should avoid exercising outdoors on a hot day. If you get overheated, you should get in the shade or in an air-conditioned place right away. Call your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms of heat stroke: an upset stomach, fever, headaches or muscle cramps.
That pretty much covers everything I do. Appreciate the advice, thanks.

What side are you worried about. I would watch anything that takes coordination until you know how it effects you. Some people have a bit of a problem.
No specific side effect really. I've just started running again and take part in various motorsport. Think i'll leave it untill I have a 2 week gap, that way i'll know how it effects me. Thanks for the advice.
I'm such a klutz anyway, if I tried running, I'd trip over my own feet.
