I know my best reaction to Viagra is on an empty stomach. However, if I am having sex about an hour after a meal, should I take the pill before the meal (i.e., about two-three hours before having sex) or after the meal?
When is the best time to take Viagra in relation to a meal?

I take 100mg and hold 50mg under my tongue after a heavy meal, but take the other 50mg at 30 minutes before the meal. I then have viagra in my blood from the dose i swallow, and a new booster after
Eat dinner wait 2 hours before taking viagra then wait 2 more hours before sex it last about 10 hours in your blood so after you have sex in the evening if you want it will stil work in the morning if you are lucky and your will wants sex again It had made my sex life 100 percent better
The best solution I've come up with is to take Viagra on an empty stomach (4+ hours after last food intake), wait at least 45 minutes after taking it, then eat a light meal, and have sex anytime (within a couple of hours) after that light meal. I know it sounds like a hassle, but it's worth it. Anyway, that's my $0.02 -- Rod
A scientific study in 2007 found that "No significant loss of efficacy occurs when sildenafil is taken shortly before or with a meal. The duration of action for sildenafil may exceed 10 hours."
In other words, food may not have any major affect.
I am 71.
Here is what works for me.
A lite meal on date night.
Wait 1 hour after dinner before taking viagra.
Wait 1 more hour before beginning love making.
Sometimes I will add a extra 10 mg to the 50 mg I normally take.
BMpharmacy is a reliable inexpensive offshore supplier.
Two hours after a meal.
Based on buying experience as I Han an online consultation with buyviagra24.com that it's better to eat two or three hours before taking generic Viagra and I did the the same and the result was very successful
Without meals is ideal because drug is readily absorbed and work well.
With meals if you are taking it before and after meal, the food should be free from fat, sugar and oil.
Clinically speaking, you should take VIAGRA about one hour before you plan to have sex. If you take VIAGRA after a high-fat meal (such as a cheeseburger and french fries), the medicine may take a little longer to start working. You will have to experiment on what your additional timeframe is after a meal. I hope you know how to use the additional time.
I totally agree with Kaismama!!!
Someone once ask me what he was supposed to do while he waited for the viagra to work, I told him one word, foreplay. If you're all ready as soon as you're done eating, I can guarantee you she isn't. I wouldn't suggest you take it before the meal, then eat. The time it takes you if you take it half an hour after you eat, gives you time to be a little romantic.
Hello rgardner. Simply a guess, my suggestion would be taking it before the meal. Regards pledge
