I have just started and have major headaches... I also just only took 1 15mg phen in morning about 10am..but by 6pm I felt hunger..what time should I take the 2nd dose? And when should I take the 2 25mg topa

Rodukes weird that the doctor did not tell you what time to take these most on the Topamax would be Morning and evening and you must give it time to work, As far as the phentermine 15mg you should be taking it when you first get up.It looks like it is working for about 8 hours but you would not want to take it at 6 pm it could keep you up all night. BUT you could try like 7 am and 3 pm and if you have any dought please call your doctor to get the directions but I have seen many take them this way. Good luck to you and hope they continue to work. Rodukes; Just for the record if the doctor or office ever send you home with prescriptions without telling you more about it and the directions on how to take it, Give them a call and get them from them or call the pharmacy and see what they say. Also so you know the Topamax helps many with appetite too so when it kicks in the hunger should not kick in so early but taking the way I put your taking the Phentermine early enough and if you notice hunger to easily take it a little earlier you should not have any problems with that they overlap them so the hunger breakthrough does not hit too early.

Thanks so much..but I'm waiting to go back in Qsymia... phentermine gives too much constipation..lol
