It's a matter of trial and error to determine what time is best for you. It seems strange but it can cause sleepiness in some folks and insomnia in others.
Try morning or evening and see how it affects you.
Keep in mind though that the majority of users have no side effects at all or if they do they're mild and only last a few days.

thanks for your reply I've tried day and night w my father and its having an opposite effect on him like insomnia only around the clock I made an appt for him though
