Warfarin is a blood thinner used to prevent blood clots and reduce the risk the heart attack and stroke in people with atrial fibrillation and other cardiac arrhythmia's.
It is important for patients to maintain consistent drug levels in their body for it to work safely.
Unfortunately many medicines and dietary supplements can alter the amount of warfarin in the body because of how they are metabolized or broken down.
According to the drugs.com interaction checker there are no known interactions with Tiger Balm.

As a precaution you should always check with your pharmacist or doctor before using an over the counter medicine, like Tiger Balm, while taking warfarin.
